Dr. R.C. Bhatia, M.A. (Economics), M.Com., Ph.D., Diploma   in Secretarial Practice was teaching in Shyam Lal College   (Evening), Department of Commerce, University of Delhi. He   has got his Ph.D. degree on the topic, ‘A Critical Appraisal of   India’s Trade with South East Asian Countries’. Presently, He is teaching as a Guest Faculty in some Delhi University Colleges. He has an academic experience of 28 + years in the field of Commerce and Management at higher education. He has 20 publications to his credit besides 10 Articles in leading newspapers, magazines and UGC Journals. Apart from this book, he is the Author of two another books entitled “Auditing” (English & Hindi) both with the same publisher.

He is associated with Institute of Company Secretaries of India, Institute of Cost and Works Accounts of India, Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, Indira Gandhi National Open University (IGNOU), Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University, All India Management Association (AIMA), Board of Technical Education  in Delhi, Haryana and U.P.

He is a member of several expert examinations bodies and syllabus committees at Central and State levels.
